Mahogany: Double Bedroom apartment \u2013 US $150.00 per night<\/span>
Ground Floor<\/b><\/br>Cedar and Cypre: Studio apartments \u2013 US $50.00 per night. <\/span>
Teak and Poui: Single Bedroom apartments \u2013 US $65.00 per night<\/span>
\nCheck- in 1:00 p.m. Check-out 11:00 a.m.

\nPayment details - <\/strong>\n25% deposit is required to secure the booking and balance is due one(1)month prior to arrival. For bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival the full payment is required to secure the booking. \n

Payment methods- <\/strong>\nOverseas guests can pay via PayPal, bank transfers and credit card etc. Local guests may pay into a local bank account or by credit card. \n

Cancelation policy- <\/strong>\nGuests who cancel at least two (2) months before check-in will receive 100% of the amount paid. Between one (1)and two (2) months before check-in 50% refund. 15 to 30 days before check-in 25 % refund. \n
Note: Blow up mattresses are available upon request.
