Rates: 
Single bedroom apartment – US $75.00 per night. 
Double Bedroom apartment – US $150.00 per night
Check- in 1:00 p.m. Check-out 11:00 a.m.

Payment details - 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and balance is due one(1)month prior to arrival. For bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival the full payment is required to secure the booking.

Payment methods- Overseas guests can pay via PayPal, bank transfers etc. Local guests may pay into a local bank account.

Cancelation policy- Guests who cancel at least two (2) months before check-in will receive 100% of the amount paid. Between one (1)and two (2) months before check-in 50% refund. 15 to 30 days before check-in 25 % refund.
Note: Blow up mattresses are available upon request.
